With minutes, signing is built into the minutes confirmation process. This means the signing action flows with the natural workflow of a board meeting, minimising the chance of forgetting to sign the minutes and automating good governance practices.

Automatic document version control

Once a document is signed, the new version automatically replaces the unsigned document, minimising the inconvenience of updating documents in multiple places. Once all signatures are completed, the document is protected from further editing or modification, maintaining the integrity of the document.

Simply login to BoardPro to see your pending signature requests, or use the BoardPro Notes app on iPhone or iPad. Administrators can check the signing status of a document, and check off items.
