Why attend?
As someone on a board or as an executive director, or someone advising a board, you will probably realise that transactions tend to be complicated, and bring with them both opportunity and risk. Unfortunately, the track-record of successful acquisitions is well below average.
From a governance perspective, mergers need to be approached with caution, deliberateness, diligence, and skill. Otherwise, directors and company officers are exposed - as are other stakeholder groups. This webinar will help you approach your next merger with ‘eyes wide open’ and alert to some of the 'do’s and don’ts' for those involved in the process.
