Richard Westlake
Richard leads one of New Zealand’s most respected governance advisory businesses, Westlake Governance Ltd, with the purpose of Building Boards into Leading Teams. Following a career that has spanned flying for the Royal Air Force, merchant banking in New Zealand and Australia, and several senior leadership roles, he also has more than 25 years’ practical experience as a board chair and director. As both chair and adviser, he has conducted more than 150 board evaluations over the last 15 years, for a broad range of companies and other organisations
